Your First Visit

Your first visit to The Cat Clinic of Orange County establishes a very important foundation for our relationship with you and your cat. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your pet's medical history, and give you time to get to know our doctors and staff. To understand what to expect for your first visit to our practice, please read through this page.

What to Bring

Please arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

For the health and safety of your pet please bring your cat in a pet carrier. Please bring any information you have that will aid our veterinarians/staff in understanding your cat's history. This includes previous medical records, test results, radiographs and your notes/observations about your cat.

You can save time at your first visit by printing out and completing the appropriate forms prior to coming in.

Payment Policy

Payment is due, in full, when services are rendered.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Cards, Checks and Cash

To help your kitty get the treatment he/she needs, we offer two zero-interest payment plans - one through CareCredit (visit www.carecredit.com) and a second one through Chase Health Advance (click on the blue banner to the below). You can apply for either one quickly & easily on-line.



A 50% deposit is required on new hospital cases, this includes boarding.

A $20.00 service fee will be added to all returned checks.

We will be closed on the first Thursday of each month between the hours of 12pm and 2:00pm for important team trainings.
